On Saturday 25th March New Row Runners took part in their first collective event. For some, it was their first 5K and for others it was an opportunity to show that the extra training has paid off. It was a brilliant day, with smiles all round at the finish line. Our new tops were designed by competition winner Oliver and they definitely spurred us on. One of our boys, Joseph, was also first over the finish line in his age group, too! We also had a brilliant session on Wenesday 22nd March for those who could not make Saturday's run, with all runners achieving their goal of a 5K personal best. A huge thank you to Mrs McElroy for her inspiration and commitment.
