On Wednesday 20th April the Year 7 class visited University of Ulster, Belfast, for a day of athletic training.
Along with our partners from Castledawson P.S the children had a unique experience and got their training for the Rio Olympics underway. 😀
Many thanks to William Moore and Chris, from the University, who organised a great day.
After some measurements the children completed many activities.
Sit and Reach Test, jump test, leg press, long run, throwing test, 20m sprint and finished with a bleep test.
The journey home was quiet. 😴😴😴😴😴😴😴
