Year 2 have made a great start to their new topic ‘Hey Hey Look at Me’. We used a topic carousel to find out we wanted to learn within our new topic. We have been learning the names of the different body parts by drawing around a partner and labelling the body, by describing a body part to our partner and by creating our own self portraits. Year 2 also took a walk around the sensory garden to see what they could hear, see, smell and touch, helping with our understanding of the senses.
